Long story short: When I first get a desire and when I feel intuitively like saturating in the moment, I seize the opportunity. That’s when I submerge myself deep deep deep into my imagination and let myself get lost in my desire.
But let’s sink our teeth a little deeper into this matter:
After that I let it go. I don’t babysit it. I don’t keep poking it. I don’t “try.” I go outside and touch grass and live my life as my desired self concept. I’m letting it be. Because I’m not trying to make it happen. I’m being the one who has it, the one who could have it 1,000,000 million times over.
Now, when I say “saturate” I don’t mean forcing myself to do things every day just to feel productive or to “make” my desires manifest. I’m talking about indulging. Luxuriating. Sinking into it.
There are two ways that I saturate. Here’s how I do that:
1. I saturate by being
That means I let my behavior, my self-expression and my “in real time” choices speak for me. I take the long bath. I put on the outfit. I speak confidently. I wait for doors to be opened for me. I disengage from toxicity. I go to the damn art show. I spend the extra $2 for guacamole. I tell my people I love them. I live my life fully, lovingly, and unconditionally. I knowthe woman that I want to show up as. I move how she moves. I live how I live as her, not to make something happen, but because it’s who I am now. Manifesting is not an activity. It’s your biogenetic makeup. It is literally how you function. It’s not an task, it’s not a routine. It’s me, my beliefs, my reactions, my chosen thoughts…. all of it goes into aliging with your desires!
2. I saturate through the things I already love.
I write. I collage and vision board. I make mixtapes. I create playlists that feel like alternate timelines. I do mirror work and pour into myself. I dress up as the main character in my own film. I write poetry and stories and journal entries from the version of me who already has it. I might even dip my foot into robotic affirmations when I feel inspired intuitively.
I don’t force any of this. I don’t even do it unless it’s fun. That’s the whole point. If it doesn’t light me up, I don’t do it. If it doesn’t feel electric, natural, or grounding, it’s a no go for me. There is zero obligation in how I manifest.
But again, all of that is just flavor, just little extra seasoning on my life experience. It's not the technique that manifests the desire, it’s me and who I am being and what I sustain focus on. The only thing the technique does is intensify my emotion and imprint the vision and feeling into my memory.
That’s why the main time I really “saturate” is when I first get the desire. That’s when I might journal it out for clarity, add it to my vision board, or make a playlist to feel the feeling, or talk to myself in the mirror like it’s already done. I give it that one good soaking. I imprint it deep, then I drop it. That’s it. No consistency needed. No maintenance check-ins. Just alignment and stillness. Just letting it come.
And after that, I’m do my Do-Nothing Sessions™. It’s how I create more space for my desires to fill in (If you know, you know.)
So now I’m curious… what about you?
When do you use techniques? Do you have a routine or do you just flow with it? Are you someone who saturates consistently or just once like me? Let’s chat in the comments.
Also, sidenote: bare with me, this was a speech-to-text post so if anything sounds like I was pacing around my room passionately whisper-yelling this into my phone...… I was 😂😂😂
