for me, it wasn’t about forcing the mind to become clear it was about letting the thoughts be there without chasing or judging them. at first, it felt noisy but the more i practiced just sitting in awareness, the more the thoughts naturally began to dissolve on their own.
sometimes my mind is quiet right away, other times it’s full of chatter, but both are okay. the “do nothing” technique isn’t about reaching some perfect blank state, it’s about resting in the fact that you are the awareness underneath the thoughts. over time, you’ll notice longer stretches of stillness without trying to manufacture them.
my tip: when the mind feels busy, let it be busy, and keep resting. the silence always reveals itself.
knowing is different than applying what you know and using what you know. having knowledge is pointless ifyou dont use it because you just exhaust yourself mentally looking ofr answers but never actually getting them. it doesnt matter what you know, it matters how you use what you know.
go back to the beginning. learn it how i suggested in those long paragraphs i typed, and then you’ll finally know. i can’t help you any further, i have no other answrrs for you. im not a therapist and i have very little patience when people are not taking what i’m saying seriously, so that is all i have for you. good luck.
i mean the issue isn't getting the manifestation. the issue is understanding what manifestation even is, who you are, and how your consciousness works. those are the basics. from what you're saying, i think you should go back to the beginning and seriously learn about it as if it were a topic in school. becuase you are not aware of the basics, so we are getting into advanced terrirtory. i'm basically saying, i could explain it to you, but without foundational knowledge, you will not understand anything i am saying. it's like trying to guess what the color green looks like without knowing about the colors yellow or blue. so here is what i suggest: research the law of assumption, non-duality, and MOST importantly, the god-state. My current favorites are Saja Fendel and Rupert Spira. Also brush up on your Neville Goddard.

What do you mean when you say engaging in them?
when i say don't engage i mean:
1. don't try to stop the thoughts
2. don't try to create a new thougt or visual.
3. just let them come, they will go on their own. you are supposed to sit and observe them, that's all.
